At TruckBedsUSA, we understand that circumstances can shift rapidly during a vehicle build or fleet upgrade. However, due to the specialized nature, logistics weight, and custom configurations of truck beds, bodies, and performance hardware components, all marketplace distributions are binding.
We highly encourage our clients to carefully review vehicle compatibility, layout schematics, frame measurements, and option selectors before executing a checkout configuration event.
Deposit Policy
In order to effectively secure your desired truck bed, body configuration, or heavy component hardware, we require an initial down-payment or security deposit transaction.
This operational policy ensures that we can immediately remove the reserved asset from our active catalog allocations, hold inventory dedicated exclusively to your build sequence, and mitigate any potential asset allocation losses.
Hold Time Window
Once a security deposit payload has been verified by our billing gateways, our logistical center commits to isolating the asset for you according to a specific timeline:
We will hold your secured items for a strict window of exactly 7 calendar days from the moment of deposit verification. This window is intentionally provided to allow you sufficient space to coordinate regional pickup runs, establish freight routing pipelines, or handle transport schedules.
If the allocation remains uncollected at our loading docks after the conclusion of the 7-day hold period, TruckBedsUSA reserves the complete right to cancel the hold window, forfeit the deposit asset, and release the item back into our general online inventory matrices for purchase by alternative customers.
Paid for Items & Deadlines
For purchases that are processed and paid for in full, we enforce localized asset removal parameters to optimize warehouse fluidities:
Fully purchased items must be physically picked up from our main inventory facility within **2 weeks** of the order completion date, unless you have actively contacted our support office and established a customized, signed logistics extension plan.

While our inventory guidelines are strict to maintain optimal baseline service fluidities and complete fairness for all regional buyers, we are consistently eager to cooperate and modify operational schedules to coordinate with your setup timelines—provided you communicate with us clearly and early.
If you face logistical delays or shipping adjustments, reach out proactively to report your vehicle pickup pipeline alterations. We are fully willing to organize off-hours access vectors, early morning dock gates, or extended layout holds when coordinated transparently ahead of deadline transitions.
